if your taking part in a competion you may be a bit nervous and therefor forgetful so it may be a idea to pack your stuff a day in advance :)

you will need:

  • 2 towels (one for poolside and one for getting changed)
  • a warm up costume
  • your racing costume
  • 2 energy drinks or squash (maybe more depending on how long your staying for)
  • 2 swimming hats - just incase one breaks ( to put your hair up in to stop drag when swimming)
  • 2 pairs of googles - just incase one snaps
  • a warm top to put on after the warm up and after your races (to keep you warm!
